A Year With Frog and Toad KIDS

Sheridan Arts Foundation's Young People's Theater
May 5-7, 2017 6:00 pm

If you have kids, then you're probably familiar with the cheerful Frog and his grumpy best friend Toad. And if you're not familiar, then you're in for a treat. These two charming characters from the much beloved series of books by Arnold Lobel will be brought to life on stage by a cast of 29 young performers in grades 3 through 5. The play has a beautiful, upbeat score as it follows the two friends through each season of the year, as they plant gardens, swim, rake leaves, and go sledding, share some laughs, and learn lessons about life.

The performance is put on by the Sheridan Arts Foundation's Young People's Theater, and directed by Allie Scherich. Catch the show at 6 p.m. from May 5-7 at the Sheridan Opera House, and the concessions will be open. Advance tickets are $13 for adults, $11 for students 18 and younger, and lap children are free.
