Social Media and Digital Marketing Manager

Digital and Social Media Manager is responsible for all aspects of the company’s websites including content creation and maintenance, website analysis through Google Analytics, and leadership of website launches/relaunches. Additionally, Digital and Social Media Manager is responsible for the management of all social media channels, execution of email campaigns, coordination of photography assets and leadership of company collateral needs.

Essential Job Functions:

  • Responsible for the overall and continuous development and maintenance of the company’s websites. Serve as the liaison with third party developers.
  • Create and maintain optimal and accurate content to drive traffic to our websites, provide an excellent online guest experience and ultimately improve our search engine rankings.
  • Proactively make content and style recommendations to maximize our digital marketing presence and increase online revenue. Consider the hospitality competitive landscape as well as other industries that demonstrate best in class online guest experience. Serve as liaison with third party consultants.
  • Use Google Analytics to evaluate website performance and to drive content improvements.
  • Develop meaningful and brand specific content for all social media channels, with the goal of increasing guest interaction, and further developing brand affinity.
  • Manage all aspects of our email campaigns including strategy, development and maintenance. Work with sales team to coordinate promotional emails.
  • Lead design process for any collateral the company needs (brochures, rack cards, etc.).
  • Maintain knowledge and expertise of the latest technology for web marketing and hospitality through ongoing and regular trainings, webinars and our vendor conventions.
