Pedal Den

Pedal Den was founded by longtime local Alyssa Saunders. Alyssa, who holds a B.S. in Exercise and Sports Science, has been active as a personal trainer, yoga instructor and Spin coach for over 20 years. The Pedal Den has a team of instructors offering different classes from classic spin to rhythm riding. Each class ranges from 45-55 minutes and are full throttle energy! Everyone is welcome but please read class descriptions to choose the best class for yourself! 

 All classes can be booked online through MindbodyOnline.com, or choose a package of rides that fit your need.
