Yoga Workshop- MYTH MARINATION - The Power of Trunks, Vels, and Tails.

The yoga practice builds power. How you choose to wield that power is up to you. Ganesha’s trunk, Skanda’s vel (spear), and Hanuman’s tail are just a few examples of how you expand your tool chest and harness your cultivated strength on the mat. Through these mythic symbols, you will explore how to channel your gifts as you cross thresholds in life with more poise. As you shape-shift throughout a fun weekend of enriched sadhana, you will find more balance between your inner landscape and your outer terrain. Open to all levels.
