Pedal Den was founded by longtime local Alyssa Saunders. Alyssa, who holds a B.S. in Exercise and Sports Science, has been active as a personal trainer, yoga instructor, and Spin coach for over 20 years. The Pedal Den has a team of instructors offering different classes from classic spin to rhythm riding. Each class ranges from 45-55 minutes and are full-throttle energy! Everyone is welcome but please read class descriptions to choose the best class for yourself!
