This historic property originally opened in 1895. With 26 historic rooms and suites, the New Sheridan Hotel has been renovated to have all the amenities today's guests desire. Rooms are furnished with traditional decor; roam the halls to view a collection of black and white photographs depicting the Telluride mining era.
The hotel is also home to the Parlor Bar, serving breakfast and dinner, as well as the fine dining establishment, the New Sheridan Chop House, featuring steak, fish and more. In warm months, head upstairs to the rooftop and mingle with locals and visitors alike. A combination of couches and high top tables make for a relaxing atmosphere for drinks or dinner.
The New Sheridan Hotel is located on Telluride's main street, Colorado Avenue, next to the Courthouse. Shops, restaurants, nightlife, galleries, and spas line Main Street just out your doorstep. Ski Access is 2 blocks South at Lift 8 or the Gondola and there are several trailheads directly from town for summer hiking.
