Located in the Town of Telluride, directly across from the Gondola Station, the Hotel Columbia is Telluride's premier boutique hotel. This property features twenty-one luxurious accommodations. Choose a hotel room, a suite or the 3-bedroom penthouse. Each room is unique but all are exquisitely furnished.
Come winter, the Hotel Columbia's location is prime. A mere 17 steps to the base of the Gondola and Chair 8, access to skiing and snowboarding at the world-renowned Telluride Ski Resort could not be easier. Two rental shops, Telluride Sports and Bootdoctors, are steps away. Skip the retail environment and have your equipment delivered to you at the hotel by Ski Butlers. At the end of the ski day, place your boots on the boot dryer and your skis in a ski locker on the lobby level of the hotel.
Guests of the Hotel Columbia have exclusive access to Telluride's best European hot breakfast buffet, which is served between 7:30am and 9:30am. The breakfast includes made-from-scratch pastries and quiches, fresh fruit and yogurt, homemade granola, sliced meats and cheeses, and a selection of beverages.
The COSMOpolitan, the number one rated restaurant in Telluride is located on the lobby level of the hotel. It is also home to the most sought-after happy hour. Each evening between 5pm and 6pm, enjoy half-priced sushi and half-priced signature Cosmopolitan cocktails in the bar area.
Each room comes with complimentary WiFi, air conditioning (a rarity in Telluride!), pillow-top mattresses & goose down comforters, 32-inch flat screen TV, and a Keurig beverage system. Parking is available for a fee. Many rooms also include fireplaces and kitchenettes. Two rooms include personal hot tubs!
There is no reason that you can't bring ALL of your family members including your fourlegged ones! Please make sure to let the hotel know in advance as not all rooms are ready for Fido. Pets fees apply.
The Columbia's friendly staff will gladly assist you in booking dining and other activities. These folks are locals and are incredibly knowledgeable about the area. Feel free to pepper them with questions!
