Nothing beats the excitement and anticipation of waiting for photography film to be developed.
Film photography is not dead – it’s actually alive and thriving. In the age of instant digital gratification, shooting film offers a completely different experience where the final result is more thoughtfully considered. Whether using a point-and-shoot camera or a fully manual SLR, this class will teach the essentials of camera use, film types, scanning an image, and making a print using a professional photo printer. All participants will develop an appreciation for this classic art form while learning how to combine film photography with digital technology. No previous experience is necessary.
Please bring a film camera. If you don’t have one, the instructor can provide one.
