When Dishwashers Were Kings Film Premiere

In celebration of the premiere of When Dishwashers Were Kings, we’re having a street party! When Dishwashers Were Kings is a short documentary created as an ode to the wild, weird, and wonderful, magic of our town through the playful lens of skiing, snowboarding and the life of the mountains. Filmed over the course of the last decade, this film aims to serve as a platform for the Telluride Ski Bum to save their potentially endangered ways in a rapidly changing world. To celebrate this film and the community it is both about and made for, this event is free and open to the public! There will be music from Grand Junction’s own Peach Street Revival, an amuse-bouche film from Cedar Palmer, and a Q & A with filmmakers and film subjects. Food, drinks AND merchandise will be available for purchase! Please join this celebration of this town and community!

*This event is presented in partnership with the Telluride Mountain Club
