Telluride Rundola

Get ready to race up the mountain!

The 14th Annual Telluride Foundation Rundola benefits the Good Neighbor Fund. The Rundola is an open registration uphill foot race from Telluride to San Sophia ridge. Runners start at the base of the gondola on the town of Telluride side and finish at the top of the ridge. Runners and hikers will climb up the Telluride Trail (4,600 feet long, 40 feet wide with a 13% grade) or just bushwhack to the top of the gondola. There is an elevation gain of 1,810 feet.

Along with incorporating a fun outdoor challenge into our community's 4th of July festivities, all proceeds from the Rundola benefit The Good Neighbor Fund. GNF provides emergency assistance for local families and individuals with limited resources in times of financial crisis. The goal of the GNF is to help individuals stay in the community and households stay intact during times of financial crisis. The Fund achieves this by providing one-time hardship grants to assist with certain qualified needs, including housing, transportation or medical treatment.
