Over a 33-year career in nonprofit land conservation, including nearly 12 years leading Save the Redwoods League where he helped permanently protect more than 25,000 acres of redwood forest, launched California’s most ambitious redwood restoration effort, and advanced groundbreaking research on redwoods and climate change.
