Bosq x The National: A Colorado Culinary Homecoming

On Wednesday, June 24, The National in Telluride is thrilled to welcome Chef Barclay Dodge of Aspen’s Michelin-starred Bosq for a one-night-only culinary event alongside Chef Chris Thompson. This special evening is a celebration of their shared history, distinct culinary voices, and the incredible bounty of Colorado. For this special event, the chefs will collaborate and offer a 5-course menu in both the dining room & at the bar.
