Telluride Brewing Company's Face Down Brown Ale Takes Silver at World Beer Cup

Telluride Brewing Company’s iconic Face Down Brown Ale took home a silver medal at the 2026 World Beer Cup in April. Of the thousands of entries, Face Down Brown finished second in a blind taste test amongst some of the most revered judges in the country.

Face Down Brown is no stranger to wins - It also won gold in 2012 in the same category - American-Style Brown Ale. 

Face Down Brown can be found at shops all over town, as well as at Telluride Brewing Company in Lawson Hill, as well as their Brew Pub in Mountain Village. 

Face Down Brown Ale continues to build on an already impressive list of accolades, including gold medals at the World Beer Cup and Great American Beer Festival.
