Off-Season in Telluride & Mountain Village

The gondola closed for fall maintenance on April 5, which means off-season is here. During this quieter time, many restaurants and businesses close to recharge before a busy summer. Our backyard never closes, so it is a great time to get out and go for a hike or a bike ride to get a head-start on summer. Soak up some sun from a bench and enjoy the views of the box canyon on Main Street or the towering peaks in Mountain Village. The gondola reopens on Thursday, May 21 for the summer season.
