Once a grand saloon in the thriving mining camp of Telluride, the Cosmopolitan is now home to the fresh and innovative creations of Chef Chad Scothorn. Serving dinner nightly, this elegant and simple 70-seat restaurant is located in the Hotel Columbia at the base of the gondola in downtown Telluride. Known locally as "Cosmo," the restaurant features an entry with a custom cherry wood bar, the perfect place to unwind. 

Located downstairs from the restaurant, The Tasting Cellar is designed for private parties of 12 to 32 people. This space is an intimate, rustic, candlelit wine cellar with group menu and wine pairing options.
