Caravan

Caravan serves a variety of Middle-Eastern food out of a trailer on the La Cocina de Luz patio in Telluride, Colorado. They provide a fast, affordable and healthy product that, as much as possible, stays true to the traditions of this ancient cuisine. Caravan serves many vegan, vegetarian and gluten-free menu items. Their meats are raised naturally without the use of chemical additives and they use organic, local and whole foods ingredients whenever possible.
