Beer, music, chili and salsa...What more could one ask for?
It was a lovely Saturday for the 5th annual St. Patrick's Holy Chili and Salsa cook-off in Telluride, Colorado. 8+ teams including Telluride restaurants as well as locals with their own special chili and salsa recipes entered to win cash prizes and bragging rights. Attendees were invited to taste all chili and salsa entrees and vote on their favorite for people's choice. Esteemed food judges were onsite to crown a winner in the judges pick category.
Although our personal favorite was the North Carolina Smoked Pork Green Chili...the actual chili cook-off winners were:

Live music was provided by local favorties Lettuce Turnip the Beet and The Blisters.
