Dan Henschel

Dan grew up in Wisconsin and is a graduate of the University of Wisconsin, Madison. He has been in real estate with TREC for 12+ years and finds the opportunity to introduce people to Telluride the most rewarding aspect of his work. Off hours these days entails spending as much time as possible with his wife Erika and daughter Eva and when time allows, getting out for some fly fishing, skiing, dirt biking and golf. Dan has been involved with the One to One Mentoring Program for over 14 years as a volunteer. About the region, Dan says, "I love the fact that for my lunch hour, I can be skiing within three minutes of walking out of the office. It makes for great lunch hours." For his excellence in real estate, in 2007 the five directors of the Telluride Real Estate Corporation offered Dan a vice president position and ownership stake in the firm. “2007 will always be a year that I’ll remember with the birth of my daughter, the completion of the home we built in the Ski Ranches, and the vice president position offering from the directors of TREC. My wife and I really feel like we have settled into this wonderful community”.
