Telluride Festival of the Arts
Note from Festival of the Arts: ""After 7 wonderful years, this event is taking a to-be-determined hiatus and will not take place in 2013. Telluride Mountain Village Owners Association presents the Telluride Festival of the Arts (TFA)."
The Telluride Festival of the Arts hosts regional and national professional visual artists from across the United States. At the signature Grand Tasting, guests enjoy the tastes of local restaurants, breweries, fine wineries and spirits. Culinary enthusiasts and fine
art aficionados come together to share a common passion for food, art
and entertainment.
The Telluride Festival of the Arts is an annual weekend-long, culinary and visual arts event held in Mountain Village. Produced by the nationally renowned Cherry Creek Arts Festival, the Telluride Festival of the Arts hosts national and regional professional visual artists from across the United States in a one-of-a-kind outdoor exhibition nestled in a box canyon surrounded by the majestic 13,000ft peaks of San Juan Mountains.
The art exhbition is held in the Mountain Village Core and is free to all. It features artists in 13 different media categories including ceramics, digital art, drawing, fiber, glass, graphics and printmaking, jewelry, metal-works, mixed media, painting, photography, sculpture, and wood.
