Like the west end – the east end of Telluride offers a quieter, more residential setting. The main reason people like staying on the east end is because of being close to Town Park. In the winter, Town Park offers ice skating and the Nordic Center.  In the summer, Town Park comes alive as the home of the many great Telluride festivals, including the Telluride Wine Festival, Yoga Festival, Bluegrass, and Telluride Blues and Brews.

Most rentals on the east end are also an easy walk to Telluride's Main Street, where you can find the bulk of the town's restaurants and retail establishments. Also, these Telluride condos are close to the River Trail, which leads to Town Park and continues all the way to Bridal Veil Falls. Whether it is winter, summer, or fall, this is a beautiful, relatively flat Telluride hiking trail, that everyone can enjoy.
