The San Miguel River Trail is 4.25 miles long and runs through the town of Telluride. It begins on one end at Telluride Town Park and ends past the valley floor, west of town. It is a beautifully scenic trail, great for running, walking, and mountain biking.

There is little to no elevation gain, and the trail is very well maintained. The trail runs alongside the San Miguel River where you will see people fishing, floating inflatable tubes, or just enjoying the views.
