Each Labor Day weekend, the tiny mountain village of Telluride, Colorado
triples in size. Swells of passionate film enthusiasts flood the town for four days of total cinematic immersion, embarking on a viewing odyssey, blissfully spending entire days in flickering dark rooms. With only an appreciation of celluloid to guide them, these devotees flock to the show, year after year. Why? Blind faith. We don’t reveal the program until everyone lands in town. Yet the Telluride family trusts that a unique experience will unfold.
The Telluride Film Festival year-round office is now set up as your one-stop festival shop! Stop by upstairs at the Nugget Building (201 W Colorado Ave) in Suite 207 to buy one of our iconic William Wegman posters, festival passes, to join us as a sponsor, and to ask any festival questions you may have. And be sure to ask about our local Telluride Business Friends program, where members partner with the Festival as a sponsor and receive tickets, event invitations and wonderful recognition both during the festival and throughout the year. By choosing one of the program’s levels and joining us as a Telluride Business Friend, you are working with us to enhance and promote film and the arts in the Telluride community!
Acme Passes have sold out so hurry to get your Festival, Cinephile and Patron Passes!
The Cinephile Pass ($340) provides admission to a special menu made up of the unique and often unrepeatable programs including classic film restorations, silents, Guest Director selections, and all three Tributes, Late Shows, selected new films and other special programs plus admission to the Labor Day Picnic.
The Festival Pass ($680) provides admission to all events – including the Opening Night Feed and Labor Day Picnic – as well as first-come first-seated basis to all cinemas with the exception of the Sheridan Opera House where admission to two specific randomly selected programs is provided.
The Patron Pass ($3900) provides admission to all events in all sites, including non-reserved seating at the Sheridan Opera House tributes. Patrons have priority seating at all theatres and are guests of honor at the Guest/Patron Brunch on Friday morning and also at the “Patron’s Preview,” the first screening of an important new film on Friday afternoon.
