Laurel Robinson teaches students the basics of making semi soft and hard cheeses from cow's milk. You will be able to take away your own Boursin cheese.
* Cheesemaking 101 (February 18) is not a prerequistie, but ti will certainly broaden your understanding and refine your techniques for making cheese on your own.
