Hockey Rink

One of the best vacation resorts in Colorado, Telluride has it all.  In Town Park there is a hockey rink with a well developed league.The Telluride Lizard Heads and the Parks and Recreation Department offer Ice Hockey for youth ages 5 - 17. All programs begin practicing in early December. Traveling programs for the mites, squirts, peewees, bantams and High School club teams are offered. There is also a new "initiation" program for girls in grades 5th - 12th. The Mites compete against Crested Butte and Gunnison and all other teams will compete in the Rocky Mountain Youth Hockey League. Some travel is expected for all groups, except the girls teams.  More intersted in ice skating than hockey.  We can help.
